Our inner critic can whisper very mean things in our ears. Things we would never say to a good friend, we daily tell ourselves: ‘You are a loser’, ‘you never succeed once’, ‘I wish I was better-beautiful-different’, etc.
You can join this training if you’ve completed an eight weeks Mindfulness training with a certified trainer or if you’ve developed your experience with meditation in another ways. Are you not sure you have enough experience? Please contact us so we can discuss it with you.
During this course we focus on developing kindness, compassion – towards others and ourselves. The course is based on the work by Kristin Neff, Christopher Germer , Frits Koster & Erik van den Brink. The trainster, Charlotte Gmelig Meijling, is a certified MBCL (Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living) trainer and educated by Frits Koster & Erik van den Brink (http://compassietraining.nl/).

This course is in Dutch, but it is possible to sign up for an individual course in English. Please fill in the form below so we can give you more information about it.
The Dutch course consists of 5 Monday evenings from 19:00 until 21:00 and costs € 395,-. The dates are:
- March 11 & 25, April 15 & 29 and May 13 mei
- Silent Compassion day on Sunday May 26
The group consist of 4 to 6 persons.
