We empower you by building body awareness; awareness of how you walk, stand, sit, hold a phone and ability to relate those habits to your posture and the aches and pains.
We translate Pilates into your everyday activities. For example, engaging the core and dropping the shoulder blades down has an immediate impact on your posture and changes the way others perceive you as you walk into a room. Try it out!

Introduction course (for new clients only)
A one-to-one environment is essential in order for us to find out about your relevant medical history; learn about your current aches and pains as well as your goals and expectations; assess your posture and muscular imbalances; teach you the basics of Pilates; and get you familiar with the equipment.
After completing the Introduction Course you have the option of joining either beginner mat classes or continue with your private session
Private classes are offered to anyone who prefers one to one tuition. They are recommended in some cases of rehabilitation. We make use of special pilates instruments during the private lessons.
- Single private class – € 56,-
- 5 private classes – € 255,-
- 10 private classes – € 500,-
Duet classes – Only two clients per class
In the Duet classes you will follow the program that was tailored for you in the Intro course. You will progress at your own pace and level and with only 2 clients in the class it is guaranteed that you will get plenty of the teacher’s attention!
Duet classes are great for people who take only one class per week; people who need individualised attention and those who are in the process of physical rehabilitation.
Duet classes are cost effective and offer an ideal environment to grow in confidence and strength. They can also allow you to share your classes with a friend, partner or co-worker, which is great for motivation and the fun factor.
- 5 classes (to be used within 6 weeks) – € 180,-
- 10 classes (to be used within 12 weeks) – € 280,-

If you really want to work your “core”, Mat is the “alpha and omega” of core workouts.
Our classes are a great place to make friends and have the support and guidance of a Pilates teacher. Once you have become proficient, it is quite feasible to “practice” your mat work anywhere!
- Single Mat Class – € 18,-
- Package of 8 pre-paid Mat sessions – € 135,-
The mat class is on:
- Saturday morning from 10:00 until 11:00
