Introduction workshop Embodied Learning
This workshop is in Dutch. If you can speak and understand Dutch, you are more than welcome to join.
What is embodied Learning?
Embodied Learning is strengthening your personal leadership through the intelligence of your body. There is a lot of strength, knowledge and wisdom stored in your body which is unused. Embodied Learning helps to deploy that intelligence in a conscious way. So you can work with your head, hart and belly.
What are we going to do?
During the introduction workshop you will explore the strength of body awareness. We work with simple movement exercises like walking, standing and turning around. Individually, in small groups and the complete group. Amongst others you will be introduced to innovative methods of the 73-years old choreographer Arawana Hayasi, who developed TheoryU together with Otto Scharmer. (TheoryU is a model for sustainable change, both in personal development as in businesses.)
The workshop is meant for HR-managers, trainers, coaches and leaders with interest in innovative, experiental ways to learn. We will end the afternoon with a network event.
The workshop is also recommended if you consider to participate in the 5-days course Embodied Learning which starts in the end of 2018, dates will be planned very soon!
