A taste of Mindfulness
Do you feel like you are living your life on autopilot – constantly ticking of your “to-do-lists” and worrying about missing out on life while you are busy doing so? Are you experiencing stress associated with work, pain or illness, relationships, loss or just having a hard time coping with the general complexity and pace of modern life? Then Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) might be able to help you.
But mindfulness is not the thing for everyone. Is it for you and is now the right time in your life to commit to an intensive, life-changing MBSR course?
BLOOM – House of Health invites you to an evening where you will be introduced to Mindfulness and MBSR. We will look at what mindfulness is and talk about some common misconceptions. You will get the opportunity to experience some meditation practices and you will be given some tools to take away and use in daily life.

The evening costs € 30,-. There will be time for a cup of tea or coffee at the end and an opportunity to meet the teacher in private. Your teacher, Berit Lewis, is an accredited MBSR teacher. She also has degrees in BSc (honours) Psych, Master in Communications and is a certified coach.
